Oct 3 – Tools for Effective Email Communication
We will explore an array of helpful ideas to improve your email communications. We will help you to increase productivity in your daily workflow to help manage your increasing email volume, while at the same time help you to improve your email marketing open and click rates. We will look at Headline Analyzers, A/B Testing, and how to better connect with your organization’s donors, supporters, volunteers and board via email.

After Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Jose, and Maria wrecked havoc in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and many Caribbean Islands, we will discuss communication and coordination challenges in a disaster zone, and what are the personal and organizational lessons you learned.
