Join us Tuesday, November 5th at 6pm for a discussion on Podcasts, Live Stream & Legal Ramification with John Cunniff, registered patent attorney with Hahn, Loeser and Parks LLP, at Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 6340 Napa Way, Naples.

We are thrilled that John Cunniff, attorney who specializes in Intellectual Property Law at Hahn, Loeser and Parks LLP, will walk us through the legal aspects of using digital assets in videos and podcasts, and how to avoid the pot holes on the journey to live broadcast and radio on demand.

John J. Cunniff is a registered patent attorney certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Intellectual Property Law. Board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. John provides expertise on intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, and legal opinions on patentability, infringement and validity issues. He prepares and reviews confidential disclosure and joint-development agreements, and trade-secret protection plans. John’ counseling also consists of prosecution of Internet domain-name complaints. 

John also deals with the preparation and prosecution of trademark registration and patent applications in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and worldwide. He maintains management of national trademark registration and patent applications worldwide. His core technologies include biotech/biomedical, biochemical, plants, polymers, and biological and mechanical arts.
