Feb 6th – Google Drive Tips and Tricks for collaboration & productivity

Join us to learn aspects of Google Sheets and Google Docs as well as Google mail, Google Calendar, Google Forms and Google Apps Extensions.

After the meeting covering Google Drive, Tech4Good members expressed an interest in learning more about Google Forms as a tool for event registration and donor surveys, and to collect data from website users

Birgit Pauli-Haack will walk through the whole process for:

  • creating a form
  • setting up the Google Sheet
  • summarizing responses, using Charts Summary of Responses to Charts, and
  • sending personalized email responses directly from your Google Docs and Google mail account.  

Examples will include a short form for subscription, a 15-question survey and an event registration form for email confirmation. If time permits we will also process a Quiz during the meeting. 

You will walk away knowing how to survey your members and donors using a free Google Form and have a better understanding of how the information is integrated with other parts of G-Suite, i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Mail, Google Calendar.
